1. What can I do if I can't access my account?

You can retrieve your username and/or password by clicking "Can't access your account" inside the login box on the home page, and following the instructions. You login information will be sent to your email address.

If you have never registered for a course on this site, you will create a username/password when you register for a course.

2. How can I change my personal information?

To change your personal information, including password, email, and shipping address, please click "myProfile" tab on the main page after you have logged in.
